It is self-protected, on the upper side, with slate, which reduces the absorption of heat on the surface, increasing the durability of the membrane, it is also provided with a lateral edge of 10 cm and if necessary, on the head of 15 cm for facilitate the union and stability of the fabrics.
PLURA AUTOADHESIVAS
PLURA AUTOADHESIVAS 4 kg autoprotegida rojo Composite self-adhesive waterproofing membrane PLUM SELF-ADHESIVE bituminous membranes are the arrival point of the latest generation of membranes called "composite". Such membranes are so defined because, thanks to a new productive technology, materials with different impervious masses can be made, which lead to optimum exploitation of the properties of each member, satisfying the different requirements requested. The production process uses three types of different components, those produced in separate solvents and sent in the corresponding application sections on the production line. The first session allows the impregnation of the armature in continuous yarn polyester with a particular mixture suitable for saturating the porosity, to compatibilize and exalt the elastic and plastic properties of the masses superimposed successively on the upper and lower surfaces. In the second session occurs the smearing on the upper face, of a different impermeable mass according to the destination of use of the membrane. In the third session, a particular component with optimum adhesion characteristics, whose thickness is calibrated, is smeared on the underside. PLURA SELF-ADHESIVE has a reinforcement consisting of nonwoven fabric in continuous-thread polyester fiber, with high mechanical characteristics. The underside of PLAID SELF-ADHESIVE is protected with a plastic film that can be removed. The upper face is self-protected with particles of ardesia which reduce the absorption of heat on the surface of the membrane; It is also provided with a 10 cm extirpable side film to ensure alignment of the overlap. In the P version the upper face is protected with PE film or on request in nonwoven fabric in PPL.
